:尺码不合 | Size Does Not Fit


可更换其他商品,或将消费金额转为无期限使用的积分。

You may exchange for another item or convert the purchase value into store credits with no expiration.


运费由买家自行承担。

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


:收到错误或有瑕疵的商品 | Incorrect or Defective Item Received


若商品有明显瑕疵或发错,我们将承担退换运费并安排快递上门。

If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange pickup.


请在3天内联系客服并附上相关照片。

Please contact us with photos within 3 days of receiving your order.

未穿着、未洗涤、未修改

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered


未使用香水、无体味、洗剂味或烟味残留

Free from fragrance, body odor, detergent or smoke smell


无污渍、破损、毛球等痕迹

No stains, pulls, pilling, or visible damage


原始吊牌完好,包装完整

Original tags attached, with complete packaging


如商品不符合条件,将退回,运费由买家承担。

If the return does not meet these conditions, the item will be returned to you at your own cost.

超过3天未提出申请

Return requests made after 3 days


商品已穿着、洗涤、有使用痕迹

Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use


缺失吊牌或包装不完整

Missing tags or incomplete packaging


标注为“不可退换”的商品(如贴身衣物、折扣品)

Items marked as non-returnable (e.g. innerwear, sale items)


非本店购买的商品

Items not purchased from our official store

安排寄回:可由顾客寄回或安排快递取件

Once approved, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit
